This hypothesis is supported by the questionnaire findings where the majority of the target group prefer Swish over credit card. Therefore, we tested this hypothesis on both guests and staff.
The staff, on the other hand, did not think this would speed up the flow at all.
5 of the 7 staff respondents, stated that the current system works better and rather blamed the problem on high alcohol consumption amongst the guests.
Also, as many guests leave at the same time, the staff can improve efficiency by serving multiple guests at once.
The resistance of the staff was a surprising insight with 5 of staff testers preferring a manual system before a QR-code.
